Creator Guidelines
FanSome is a professional creator-commerce marketplace. These guidelines keep our community safe, respectful, brand-friendly, and suitable for creators who sell Digital Products, Membership Access, Digital Media, and Live Workshops.
1Professional Creator Focus
FanSome is built for mainstream professionals across fitness, education, photography, food, fashion, beauty, travel, business, technology, art, music, gaming, lifestyle, and digital assets. All profiles, products, and communications must remain aligned with these professional categories.
2Permitted & Encouraged Offerings
We encourage creators to sell and publish a variety of digital commerce offerings, including:
- Fitness plans, yoga programs, nutritional guides, and training routines.
- Courses, language lessons, worksheets, tutorials, video lectures, and coding resources.
- Photo collections, Lightroom presets, photography tutorials, and travel guides.
- Recipe books, cooking classes, beauty tutorials, fashion lookbooks, and design templates.
- Music lessons, sample packs, digital art, ebooks, workshops, and digital media products.
- Membership Access, Live Workshops, online classes, and educational sessions for your community.
3Strictly Prohibited Material
To maintain payment-processor compliance and community trust, we enforce a strict ban on the following:
- Pornography & sexually explicit content: Sexually explicit media, pornographic material, and nudity where prohibited by policy are not allowed.
- Escort, prostitution & sexual services: Escort services, prostitution, sexual solicitation, and any sexual services are strictly prohibited.
- Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation: Zero-tolerance for content involving minors in sexual contexts. Accounts hosting or attempting to distribute child safety threats will be deleted and reported to law enforcement. See our CSAE Safety Policy.
- Illegal goods or services: Fraudulent products or services, weapons sales, drug trafficking, and other illegal commerce are forbidden.
- Violence & hate speech: Content promoting violence, hate groups, harassment, or discrimination is prohibited.
- Copyright infringement: Do not sell or upload media you do not own or have license to use.
- Any content prohibited by applicable law: Material that violates local, national, or international law is not permitted.
4Verification, Reporting & Moderation
Creators complete identity verification before publishing paid offerings or requesting payouts. Customers and creators can report violations. FanSome may review reported content, remove violating content and products, suspend creators, restrict accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities and payment partners.
5Intellectual Property & Copyrights
Creators must own or have the explicit license to use all media, audio, trademarks, and written content they publish or sell on FanSome. Creators retain ownership of their content.
- Do not post copyrighted music, film clips, or tracks without appropriate licensing.
- For DMCA claims, contact support@fansome.club with proof of ownership. We act on valid notices within 48 business hours.
6Enforcement & Penalties
Violations of these Creator Guidelines may result in:
- Warning and deletion of the offending content or product.
- Temporary account suspension (including holds on membership access and payouts).
- Permanent termination, balance forfeiture, and payment-gateway notification where required.
- Cooperation with lawful requests from authorities and payment partners.
